I have a implant named "Hardwiring - Eifyr and Co. 'Rogue' HY-1"
It has Warp Speed Bonus 10%.
So my BS has 3.0 AU/s warp speed and now it is 3.3 AU/s
But when i fly with my friend. i always noticed that we have the same warp speed. He has no such implants.
Did anyone else found such situations?

If you gang warp, you go the same speed.
And why on earth would you use that implant? lol

Too bad that warp speed is not affecting warp accelleration, so unless you are very much faster than others, the difference will barely be noticable. 10% more or less won't even really show.
Like this post if you want maximum warp speed affect warp acceleration and deceleration.

In a 60 jump trip.. that implant will save you maybe 45 seconds...

Also that bonus only really kicks in in very long warps - 100+ AU

When you gang warp, you warp the speed of the slowest warping ship. Regardless of implants. And yes they do work, as do the rigs. They are SUPER nice on a Covert ops. Warping at 17 au/s + is fun.

Once I warped 62au and dropped out of warp just in time to see a Nyx jump out. If I had this implant I could have gotten a bubble up in time, and who knows what would have come of that.

Assuming I was alone maybe. Or maybe, and more realistic, I was in a fleet who was about to take it down or at least have it erupt into a pretty good fight.
