What CCP needs to do is too create in game mission's and scenario's where the player pay's an entrance fee anywhere from $5.00 to $100 dollar's. The player or corporation then engage in event's and mission's where each mission or event that is completed earns the player or corporation x amount of reward money that is real money that can either be converted into ISK or their national currency.
All this idea would take to implement is for serious EvE'er's to get involved and do the foot work and then present the business model to CCP.
There are a few browser based games like Dark Orbit where you can win real money on a monthly basis so why shouldn't eve incorporate the same practice?
Playing for real cash based upon the number of player inputs similar to how the market is ran would make EvE Online more interesting.

Yikes! And sadly CCP may lure some of those drunken, dancing and gambling PVE idiots over here, if they ever get the full body avatar stuff worked out.
Playing that game not only empties your RL wallet, it is such a grind-fest that the only comparable experience in EVE would be maybe mining for 5+ hours straight while being kicked in your junk between cycles.
The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the ho's and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!' and I'll look down, and whisper 'no.' |

Learn to use apostrophes. Also, that can be arguably be called gambling by some people. Which is a big no-no and can get EVE banned in quite a few countries, or at least get it tied up in court. You know, countries which provide the majority of EVE players. So... HELL NO. _
