Last week, the final vestiges of Geminate were conquered by DRF Legion forces and the fight moved squarely into Vale of the Silent. Ms Gigglers Caldari Space Explorations and Excavations	Posted - 2011.05.06 22:00:00 - [10] Great report, pretty sums up the situation in Vale and with the NC as a whole. For some reason people seem to think the NC is some super beast. All they are is two large old, bloated, fat alliances that are about ready to die. ME and Rage were the B-Team for the NC and considered expendable. All they were is a meat shield for MM and RAWR so they could continue to milk their regions like they have for years. Well, ME and Rage are nothing but gutted remenants of what they used to be. Both alliances have lost a combined 1,800 members in one week. The writing is on the wall, these two alliances are done and MM and RAWR are next. Perhaps this is a good thing though, everything in the game changes in time. Perhaps if the NC is removed from null sec or at least their northern regions things in the game will change significantly and we'll see a new shift in powers. I will say that I am not at all pleased to see that over 60% of null sec and soon to be more will be controlled by Russian alliances. Not that I dislike Russians, I just hate to see EVE becoming a Russian centric game.

I just like poking my tongue out at people who take the game too seriously and are total hypocrites that whine and are bitter about everything and then end up doing the total opposite to what they complain about, see: endless complaints about "NAPfests", blobs etc. And then massively blobbing people in Providence for example, complaining about the NC blue list and then bluing almost as many people yourself. My only interactions with NCdot unfortunately have been unpleasent ones where a Daredevil, 2 Dramiels, a Crusader and Malediction wouldn't even go for my solo navy slicer, A Sabre pilot of yours dishonoring multiple 1vs1s against ships he should have been able to kill anyway if he wasn't completely terrible at this game (like rifters, yeah I'm serious), and general unwillingless to engage, in retrospective, NC usually engages me more often, with fewer numbers, and is more likely to not resort to ***gotry. They are also (usually) well mannered where as everytime I enter local with NCdot in it. I always get at least one person smacking me for being in Hydra Alliance and how they owned us in TVN without realising that we aren't the original hydra. In the end it's just that your memberbase can be effortlessly trolled with one liners and is less willing to actually PvP (in small gangs). Which I find it ironic for all the complaining about blues and napfests your alliance does. ---
