Its in account management, which should be in the menu on the left of this message.

The only thing you can cancel is recurring payments (via credit/debit card, and lately, also via PayPal, I hear).
If you are NOT on a recurring payment plan, the option to "cancel" the account will not be visible (for instance, if you pay with GTC or PLEX).
Whatever time you prepaid already will run its course with your account active, since you can't "pause" your subscription.
Some people claim that they did manage to "pause" their subscription as a result of a petition (and would need a second petition to resume it), but I'm not sure that's something you're likely to obtain on a regular basis (probably more a matter of luck than anything else), if those people were even telling the truth at all in the first place.
