Just want to know if this is the optimal way to train a t3 tengu gang link booster, I will grab a +4 implant set to speed it up abit more as soon as I can use it.

I¦m training it to 4 right now, I added cybernetics at the wrong place.

If you are aiming for an unprobable booster then you can save some time by only training Elec and Defensive SS to V and the rest you can afford to have at just I, unless of course you plan on using the Tengu for ratting or anything else when not boosting.

Think about training it again, according to ccp soundwaves post in devblog it almost looks like "unprobability" will be removed in future. And 168 days... its a long time.

It¦s a new character so I get 2.
It should go down to 110-120 days after implants and I don¦t plan to use it until it¦s maxed.
