Since the patch that introduced the new complexes, I've yet to see any deadspace loot (~10 complexes now) - not a single item. CCP broke the respawn timers of anomalies so I'm wondering if they broke the loot tables as well, or if this was just a stealth nerf to drop rates.
Have other people had the same "bad luck" with complexes as I have?

Greetings kind troll,
Assuming that there's even a 25% chance that you get 1 or more deadspace loots, odds are only 5% that I'd not receive 1 module by the 10th complex; and I know for certain that the odds were much higher than this before the patch. Sooo unless you have something constructive to post, please refrain from posting! Thanks!

Greetings Idiot!
Assuming you have half a brain you can get a moderate understanding of probability and statistics and realize that 10 is hardly a sample size worth evaluating. Additionally, I'm willing to bet your "10 complexes" were not the same complex. Thus, we can deduce that your sample size is even smaller, as we should be looking at this in terms of unique complexes, not "all complexes as a bundle."
Even if we were to assume that all 10 were the same complex, whats to say someone else didn't get 10 of that complex as well, and have 2 of them dropping? This would result in roughly 10% drop rate between your combined 20 plexes. This is of course a foolish hypothetical situation as it is still a small sample size and I still very much doubt you ran the same complex 10 times.
Remember that the drop rates do not apply to an individual player, but to the complexes themselves. There are other people exploring you know.
PS: Other people are still getting stuff.

oh hai, there is a broken mechanics thread again and *gasp* he's back trolling. Suprise! I bet there isn't anything wrong huh, just like when respawns were broken and you trolled for 2 days saying everything was fine? I can link it again but your already well known as a useless troll. There are still issues with exploration and no matter how hard you troll it won't change it.

Are you forum stalking me? Or is it just your job to whiteknight anyone that complains about drops.
Yes, I was ~wrong~ once on the interwebs about exploration. Out of about 100+ times people have complained about complexes not working properly, it was actually true for once.
Btw, do you enjoy ignoring my posts that contain information or do you just find the logic overwhelming?

I found a large DG shield booster, I wanted it to be a medium, I think with plexs, you should be able to choose what kind of loot you get from it.

There were no stats, just my post about statistics and sample sizes. I reposted it after CCP Navigator.

Was it one of "off topic", "trolling" or "flaming"?
Could it have been better expressed as,"10 complexes is not a meaningful sample size." Could you have pointed out some useful information such as,"5% odd is not impossible, in fact it is going to happen once in twenty observations, on average, in the long term."
That would have been relevant and meaningful. Save the sarcasm and bitterness for COAD and C&P. -- [Aussie players: join ANZAC channel] |

I can confirm that theoretical and mathamatical probability mates exactly in Eve as it does in RL.
Therefore, I do 1 anomally or complex and I expect 100% success chance of a loot drop.

My invention successes have been dung for 6 months. To those of you who cite the "RNG". the results still suck.
By the way, results of the RNG can still be manipulated whenever CCP wants them to be. So, in effect, the bottom line on drop and invention results is not the RNG at all.
So spare me the "sample size" rationale, it is no more valid than appendage size or time zone for that matter.
If players are wondering about sudden apparant changes in their gaming chances, they've paid their dime, and they have a right to ask others if they've had similar experiences.

It sucks that they nerfed the drop rate just for you guys. Did you insult a GM or something?
