Hi there,
I normally deplore people that critique other's characters, however, as your struggeling for attention i thought i may put a few friendly suggestions forward as your character is nice however i personally have a few gripes that would prevent me paying the 7bil you are asking as a minimum:
There are good skills in your sheet however the it is littered with lvl 2 and 3 skills making it untidy and hard to find the good ones. Secondly you only have 24mil SP - and 7 bil would mean ~300isk per SP which is far to high for a pve character (even if it does fly tengu).
I may be tempted to offer 5.5bil depending on how my own sale goes though.

your opinion is totally understandable and respected but considering the specialization of the char...I find the price reasonable. Besides...everything is negotiable.
