EVE Online: Incursion 1.5 has been deployed. This patch includes the more little things from Team BFF along with many other highly anticipated fixes and changes. æConnectionsÆ skills have been revamped which will result in players getting free skill points to spend and a much better skill tress for agent connections. Please check the patch notes for full details of this release.
When reporting issues, please specify which client you are using (Mac or PC). This thread is for reporting issues only; for general feedback please use the feedback thread.

After trying to download the patch it gives me an error message about something not being found in a mix of english and german language.
When I try to manually download the patch, my browser tells me that the page could not be found. Same thing applies to trying the full client.
Is that some kind of known issue (yet)?
This is the client error message:
There was an unexpected error while retrieving update status:
Unable to download file evepremiumpatch247655-259851.exe from the server. Error: [Errno socket error] [Errno 11002] getaddrinfo failed: 'thread::getaddrinfo failed with error 11002: Dies ist normalerweise ein zeitweiliger Fehler bei der Aufl\xf6sung von Hostnamen. Grund ist, dass der lokale Server keine R\xfcckmeldung vom autorisierenden Server erhalten hat.\r\n'

R&D agents research points reflected in the Journal listing change upwards by a few points when the agent's show info window is brought up.
In my particular case, the value changed from 113.4 RPs / day to 115.x RPs / day. Screenshots available for proof. Tested across 2 / 5 of my agents and I expect the behavior to be the same across the other three agents.
Also, I thought that R&D agents were to be left untouched with this patch. All of my R&D agent RPs are now the same rather than according to their [former] agent quality-affected levels. My misunderstanding or a bug?

to clairify: i see myself as a ghost, and can see my portrait though the char sheet. just not in channels. not like it matters. --

When starting the client, the autoupdater fails to start, even after waiting 10 minutes.
Status is shown as incombatible and login is (of course) denied with incombatible client.
Also the EVE homepage seems to load slowly and fails to load profile portraits at times.
Connecting from Germany, should that be an issue. --------

Same error here too even support page wont load just saying connection issues although i am connected. Cant download manual patch or even full build

When I start the client I get the incompatible version message, and NO offer to download anything.

Also, going to the TQ patch page: Browser gives a cannot find error message.

when I go to the support page to download the patch manually, I get a "Server not Found" error.

My guess is this is working as intended. If you remove agent quality entirely and instead make them all +20 by default, as stated in the patch notes, you'd have to do the same with research agents. Explains why all your agents are now giving the same RPs/day.
I'm not sure how happy I am about the game being dumbed down in this fashion, eliminating the need to play smart and pick research corps / agents carefully... but yeah.

Went to the manual download at http://content.eveonline.com/evepremiumpatch247655-259851_m.exe Getting "server not found".
A friend in Quebec, Canada (I live in northeast USA) was able to download it from this url and is sending it to me now.

Fallout - You can't tracert what you can't resolve... The domain is completely unresolvable... you can test from http://network-tools.com as well and get the same result. |

i have no idea what a nslook up is. Tried it and it just said timed out after 2 secs. Guessing the tracer is fail sauce too

87.237.39.196 is the IP address... however, it appears it is vhosted, so multiple sub domains on the same IP, so IP to get the patch is out.
