Sadly this toon isnt worth 1b. Sure the easy skills are filled in, but he is missing essential nav and fitting skills for a tengu. GL getting it any were near cap stable and mission runable much less pvp. With less then half a mil in missile skills, your not going to be killing much of anything. Webbed/scrammed and popped will be the result at this point. He needs another 10m sp to even be viable for the role you have slotted him in.
So unless he comes with a fully fitted ship and skillbooks implanted, its not even close to worth it for what you are expecting.

Worth and Value. This has to be acountable on both sides. Its not WORTH it to sell at less, on, or very near to 1 bill. Its has around 4 months training at 370m isk a month, so worth of training for its role on ETC value is 1.48b. If it had a further 2m SP in industry, or drones, then those skills for a Tengu pilot could be argued to be of no value, this is NOT the case.
Kindly point me to the part of my post where I asked for your opinion. I would welcome your comments by evemail, but please keep your opinions out of my sales thread.
The skill list is posted, I am making no other claims.
Lvl 4 rank 1 skills are a day or so to train, patching up can be done depending on your fit. (active tank, passive tank, AB tank etc)
