Hello
Ive been skilling up a character on an alt account and i want to move him over to my main but im having a few problems.
He is currently in stasis from his old corp as i know that he has to be in an NPC corp before the change is made
1. there will only be around 4 hours left of game time on that account when the switch is made will this matter as i know that the switch over process takes about 10 hours.
2. I have two plex ready for the transfer. Should the Plex be on the main account that the character is being moved to or on the alt account.
3. When i did a trial run of this on my account management page the plex did not show up on the account. Was this due to me still being in a player corp.

1 no idea, might petition to ask for an extra day, can't hurt
2 Plex needs to be on the account you're transferring from as he's the "selling" side.
3 the plex have to be redeemed back to the account, not be an asset of one of your characters.

The PLEX need to be in the redeem system on the "seller" account, NOT in any of the hangars.
Use the "reverse-redeem" in-game context menu option to shove them into the redeem system.
No idea about the 4 hours. If I'd have to take a guess I would say it's a bit more likely to work just fine. But it's just a guess.

Rightclick the plexes on your char and do "redeem", that will remove them from the character and they will show up on character login screen. Now you can use them to transfer a character.

as long as you start the move before the time is up it will get moved over.
if however things go wrong then a petition will help and b fast
