Agreed... not quite sure why people advertise as a "perfect" Tengu pilot when, to me, perfect means all level 5 support skills for anything applicable to that ship (hybrid turret for the hybrid sub-system, rigging for any shield, cap or damage rigs, HAM spec - not to mention the navigation skills that help make the Tengu so brutally fast and I won't even go on about shield compensations...) This isn't a bad toon; I just wouldn't call it perfect because it needs a lot of work. Also, wouldn't pay anywhere near 8 Billion ISK for it. Just my 2 Cents.
