Cause that's what the toon is worth! I'm sorry you missed out on a Firesale. If you check eve appraiser you will see the worth of the toon, also keep in mind that doesn't value in the 3 mill sp he's got that's unallocated.

ahem,
awesome character Xitragupten!!!!
you can almost build everything in eve 
you can't build any racial outposts tier 1 thru 5, you can't build some of the cosmos stuff and you can't invent tech 3 ships and subsystems and you can't build tech 3 subsystems.
but otherwise, I'd buy you.
