Hi
I tried to set up duality last night.... I copied the main Eve folder, then amended the properties of the shortcut with the additional server IP.
When trying to connect, I get the message ôIncompatible releaseö
Is this a server issue or do I need to do anything else ?

http://content.eveonline.com/test/evepremiumpatch259851-263151_m.exe <-- 500mb patch from TQ version to Sisi. No need to download the entire client, just make a copy of your TQ folder and apply that patch to it.

This is a different error. ôIncompatible VERSIONö on SISI is usually just a case of applying a patch, or a full download if that doesnÆt work.
This error is ôIncompatible RELEASEö and seems different as there is no patch available for the Duality client.

This did not work for me as it states Triti client is 22XXXX expected 259851
====
Fix is simple, delete the content of your Sisi folder (Backup your SisiLauncher), copy the content over from you eve folder to your Sisi folder and start the SisiLauncher to update the client.
Update will be 947.10MB

A new version of SisiLauncher is available, which should patch correctly to the current version of Sisi.

Edited by: xian2 on 27/05/2011 23:45:33 I just updated it and it's still not working for me. I still get the "Incompatible (Release)" error message. Is anyone else experiencing the same?
