Originally by: CCP Shadow We're interested in whatever constructive feedback you have
And yet history shows you don't actually listen to it.
From a security standpoint, you have had multiple people attempt to help CCP with the different security issues Eve has over the years. I'm one of them; I constantly do what I cant to help and I am mostly ignored. Emails just go the void, forums posts are ignored, or worse, censored by support staff who may be on the take from people explioting the flaws for money in the real world.
I dont feel like any of the constructive feedback - and valuable information that otherwise you would have spent money on getting from a paid consultant - that you have gotten from your customer base has actually been listened to, as many of these issues STILL EXIST today.
So basically the best feedback I can give you here is you guys need to stop acting like your listening and actually DO listen, instead of getting butt-hurt and ignoring people who are trying to help you.
Not entirely true, I found an exploit where you could reply to other people's petitions by generating a link that required no authentication to submit it.
Yes the forum thread was moved for good reason, but the issue was also fixed.
I do think bug reporting could be more streamlined into the petition system and also a button to take a screenshot, just like the Valve Team Fortress 2 in Steam allows bug repoting from in the game and screenshots to be taken.
The point of going from Eve client to the desktop, opening a browser, signing in, submitting bug really is too awkard as you are reporting a bug usually at the point you discovered it, IN THE EVE GAME CLIENT.
That is one reason I don't bother reporting bugs, I just post it in the General forum incorrectly but tough. Until CCP streamline the bug reporting into the eve client, forget it.

So Tranquility just came back up about 20 minutes ago as far as I can tell, from having been thoroughly ravaged by those "LulzSec" *******.
Look, CCP; babe: I need ya', m'kay? Don't ever leave me again. I thought we had a thing goin', you and I? [insert crying emote here]
I'm just so glad you're back! I love you so much! [more crying emotes go here]

Okay i thought they fixed the bugs in EVE after it was attempted hacking to be my guess? But what ever the case the emergency reboot ?? i fail to know how long. Maybe I should send Mor Guinea Pigs to help the falling hamsters. They are very well trained and can shoot back. Maybe an idea is to Hack the hackers with a virus to send a message we found you and your PWND. Or something I am serious about it. If we can lets shoot them all down because it ruins everyones fun here. Let me know what you think. I had to find a away to post this Peace all and lets get back in ASAP

Originally by: CCP Guard We recorded the whole thing and we'll make a podcast audio file out of it which you can then share with everyone you have ever come across, and you can even play it loudly in your car stereo with your windows rolled down.
We will have it ready for you as soon as possible and we'll announce it so you can't miss it.
Any updates on this CCP? I can't imagine it takes long to encode an mp3 of the audio. I was really looking forward to hearing the dev blog.
