Any particular reason for UK/EU players only? Because if its just the timezone issue, Let me know what your active times are, and maybe I can join?

Hello, I am looking for a friendly bunch, I have played eve a number of times, keep coming back, but always end up cancelling as I get stuck with no corp or the corp gets amalgamated and decides to totally change direction. I am in to mining, I have a strip miner and some cargo ships, and I need some help as I am a gold certified noob.
