CCP, please make EVE Online graphics optional! My old computer can't run all the shiney new graphics you put in there. It's too much sexy for one machine. I don't want to spend more money on this computer, so please let me have just a plain black screen with the UI and brackets!!
It will be like 3D Asteroids game.
I think there should be a checkbox in the menu that says "****ty Computer Mode", where I can disable the game.. I mean, graphics.
I think that would be a great idea!
We really need the option to completely decline the use of game content, and only load what we want to load. :)

Actually though, on second thought, that would be pretty freaking awesome if you could load a 1980's Tron style environment, with very very basic wireframe substitutes for entities in space, against a completely black background. EVE Tron. Hahahaha.

Shaders Quality: Change quality from High -> Low
Texture Quality: Change quality from High -> Low
Post Processing: Change quality from High -> None
LOD Quality: Change quality from High -> Low
Anti Aliasing: Change quality from 16xQAA (or highest available) -> None
Shadows Enabled: Uncheck
HDR Enabled: Uncheck
Depth Effects: Uncheck
Present Interval: Set to "Interval Immediate"
Adapter Resolution: Set to lowest value (1024x768 for me)

I think you what you want is the "thin client" CCP uses to load test the server
