For Sale is this guy: Eveboard
He's primarily a trader but is also an excellent prober and can do a manufacture/research support role also. On top of that can fly Gallente Transports and Freighters.

3.25 is a bit low.
My reserve of 4.5 is fair tbh. In fact I'll take first buyout offer of 5bil.
7mil SP in trade alone with unmodified standings of 9.0 to Caldari Navy and 8.81 to Caldari State will let you operate on lower margins to grief competition out of your market.
Plus the R&D agents already in place and can fly the things any trader wants himself flying (Transports & Freighters). Not to mention Cov Ops V...
