Not much visual difference. Until the new layout, the main benefit of moving to to CarbonUI is its performance.

UTC is Earth time; for all common purposes, it's the same as GMT. They're a fraction of a second apart simply because GMT is measured astronomically and UTC is based on the quantum resonance of a cesium atom.

EDT is -4 GMT, so yes.

Keep that up and even PC elitists like me will want to go Mac.

Seriously, I look at the standard software provided with my Windows 7 Installation. Want me to start listing the awful apps?
In fairness, I'm pretty sure he wasn't saying the software was awful, but the business model. Which is true enough if you're an impulse buyer, I suppose. Or fear a New World Order.
