Hello,
i was absen for about a year. My question ...
Is Venal completly true sec -1.0 as it was in the good old days or did they fix the true sec for pirate 0.0 ?

This is second post in the last week or so using the word "broken" to describe pirate NPC regions.
They arent broken and as far as I know they have never been broken.
They just have unique rules.
Wherever you went - Here you are.

Pirate (or "broken", if you prefer) truesec still applies in the same way as it did before.

Yes, as far as ratting is concerned all NPC sov is -1.

W-space is -1.0 also.
It used to be SOV "Unclaimed" now it is labled "Unclaimable".
Wonder if this was due to an SOV exploit in W-space?
And what the eck is TRUESec?

I got this 'broken' thing  from a blog when i searched the web for some information regarding to my questions. But the blog was from 2010.
