I just want a freighter capable char donĘt care which race. He/she should also have most of the trade skills trained to at least lvl 4 the more the better.
No wasted sp.
No other skills.
Post what you got and what price you are looking for.

Not many 'wasted' SP I reckon, but I suppose that depends on whether you count Transport Ships 5 as 'wasted' SP!

Exactly what you are looking for. Will be freighter ready in 2-3 days (3rd of june will finish to skill amarr industrial at 5). You need just plug 2 skills (adv spaceship command + freighter). Char has also most important skills in trade at lvl 4.
Overall its low SP and cheap: can be yours for 1b (of wchich 820m is transfer cost equal to 2 plex)
I can finish training before transfer.

Thanks for posting your chars guys ones a liittle more than what I was looking for though transport is useful. Ones a little less than what I was looking for. I will have a think about it.
