How about making it so pinned windows are transparent again like before to? Reported this on the first build of Carbon UI put on Singularity and it was not fixed

just like the constant menu item reshuffling a few patches back - the low contrast HUD will break some OCR bots for 3 days and annoy the players for a few weeks until it is reverted back to normal.

On my clients the pinned windows are even more transparent then they were before... A bit hard to see the border between the chat window and the text-input field, but other then that I think it's awesome.
only bug I've encountered so far is my Tengu flying backwards, but I don't want to change that. It's just too cool like this ^^
[Edit] and another bug, that shift+enter gives you a line-break when writing something in a chat window, but the line break isn't there when you post it... That's kinda annoying.

CCP are adding 3D perspective depth...that's all it's been happening for ages.

More importantly, when the capacitor rose is placed over something bright it goes completely transparent, this makes it utterly impossible to see how much cap you have left. Bug report filed though

GAH! I can't believe you told me it was off center. I could live with the color, but now it's like that damn fedex arrow. Once you see it you can't unsee it.

The new color is difficult to differentiate from the background. Please either change the color back to something brighter or add something behind the capacitor.
Also make the health bars more red, less brown, they are also hard to differentiate.
