Just got in a T3, it's now flying backwards. More people are confirming this.
CCP, do you have a QA department at all?

Yes I've noticed it to my brand new Tengu goes backwards hopefully it gets fixed soon.

apparently clearing your cache will fix it, however my corpies tried and it didn't work, may need to relog

You have to clear your cache.
Because CCP has failed us on this patch. There are way more serious bugs at the moment than just your ship flying backwards......EVE is broke for awhile

If you read the patch notes, you'll see this:
We have also unified the rendering coordinate systems in EVE, which makes it possible to render your captainĘs quarters and avatar next to your glorious space ship in hangar.
In the actual patcher, it mentioned left handed vs right handed unification.
I'm going to bet that the co-ordinates for the t3's were being rendered the other way last week.
Hence, if you use the old, cached data, it will render the wrong way round. Not surprising really, and there is not a god damned thing the QA department can do about it, so stop whining and clear your cache.
Or unleash the mother****ing moonwalk. Its up to you.

Yes backwards is forwards in Iceland... and
Before CCP close the thread, this has been posted 10x
Clear your game CACHE, in game DOCK, press ESC and clear the cache file options.
forwards will become the T3's new backwards.

And to clear up confusion, Esc when in game,got reset settings Tab, clear all cache files. Logging in wont be an option. It should reboot the client if you did it right. |
