I cant even play the game i log on for 5 mins then it crash to desk top nice one CCP well done!! thats been like that for an hour

Yeah, theres a lot of them... so start reporting. Help the bug team.
Another odd one is that the bookmarks show "warp to" options even when you are within 1m of them. Also, you can't approach bms anymore. Have to use align to.

I'm surprised there are that many, I've only experienced one recently in exploration where the site locations would appear outside of the range of where my 4 probes meet, and the green lines in between the probes randomly disappeared.

What am I supposed to respond? Not trying to make a snide remark, but my game crashes randomly while I'm in station. Have no idea why/under what circumstances this happens... Sometimes I can go about my business fine, but suddenly "XXX Stopped working". Halp.

Nah, I'm sure people make their bug reports just like the employees at my job, with little to no information other than "it's broke" in the report...I find myself wanting to strangle people at work because I tell them repeatedly, "I need to know HOW YOU MADE IT DO THAT, not just 'it doesn't work'"...Half the time something is "broken" because they're trying to do something in some weird way I didn't expect when coding the interface. I have literally spent hours trying to get that kind of information out of people, when they could have just told me how to reproduce it and I could have fixed it in 10 minutes or less.

I'm just saying...it would be just awful to waste CCPs time by not giving them all the information they need to fix their game. After all, I have nothing but time to offer CCP to participate in their QA efforts rather than play the game.

Had a user call and complain about a problem they were having with a piece of software. "Ok, what's the error?" "I don't know, it came up yesterday."
Users are idiots. Correctly generalized there. ;-)

Would you rather something take longer to fix because they don't know how you did it to begin with?
