Not trying to troll but, no sense loading a patch thats going to cause me more problems than its worth...I can take a night or two off play.
Well .. guess it is sort of a trolling question but its more fun asking than reading until the complaints abait

It patched just fine for me. There's some minor irritations that don't work. But like my POS disnt explode, it didnt shoot me, PC still boots, played for maybe 30 mins no CTDs.
Go ahead its fine.

dont do it lol.... I ended up wiping my whole game to start a new fresh install and I cant even get that to work at the moment.... let alone patching.... if you lucky you will patch and everything will be good.... LUCKY.... if you are not... it will break your eve client and you will end up with the few of us that are having these issues .... Just my .02

Bit the bullet and logged in. Vista 64 on a store bought computer. I am having some minor issues with orbiting vs chasing targets while using CTRL to target in the overview, but otherwise I'm having no problems. Just be careful out there.
