With the quality changes and now that thousands of players with a faction standing of 5 can now trade the diamond tags for 2 run Navy battleship BPCs will we see a reduction in the price of the ships?
Anyone know if the drop rate of the tags has changed - otherwise the price of diamond tags could be set to sky rocket, there have been some movements on them but nothing like I'd expect to see.... Diamond tags have always been a rarer purchase due to the inaccessability of the agents and there less common use in data-centres.
Anyone considered stepping out of the faction BS market?

The "activation" standings for those agents were non-standard, far above that required for an agent of that level/quality.
Are you SURE you can access those agents with just +5 faction standings ? I see no reason why you should, unless it's a bug.
Have you tried it ? Has anybody you can completely trust actually tried it ? Can somebody confirm this is actually accurate ?

I can confirm that this has not changed. I read it and went skipping along to the Caladari agents in Otitoh (or something like that) and my standings were at 0.0, 2.6 and 2.7 (there are 3 agents).
You still have to build the standings with them before you can access them unfortunately :(

We were just talking about this in scc-lounge, one guy flew out to otitoh and tested it - even though the agent-info page says they need 5.0 they still require the original 9.9, etc standings.

Hmmm... I haven't tried the COSMOS agents, but I handed a set of diamond tags into an Amarr data center agent last weekend with Amarr standings at the time of 6.1 no problems (previously you needed standings of 6.8 or so)... so it appears that data center agents at least only require 5 now.
