While I really liked the idea of incarna.. it just does not function on some old hardware (like my laptop). Especially not if you multi box.
Has CCP decided yet to maybe have a opt-out for walking in stations? I'm not saying no expansion etc, I mean just not loading the interior stuff.

Hi Lanu.
Although i am kind of talking out of my behind here, i believe that there has always been an option for that.
This one would be located in "display & graphics" -> "Effects" -> "Miscellaneous" -> Load station environment. |

Was been. It's no longer there. We're forced to waste time loading and unloading quarters every time we dock. -- Thanks CCP for cu |

Yeah, just leaving the old ship-spin hangar in game would be good. There is a thread in Assembly Hall (see my sig) trying to gather some support on this issue. Not too hopeful though. ... If you like choice please support this topic in the Assembly Hall. Thanks.

While I personally wouldn't use it, the need for a simplified docking system is obvious.
Me, I would like the opposite. Have no neocom while docked, everything accessed through the coffee table, chat windows up on TV screens, etc.
The key point here is individual customisation of the incarna experience. -- If you take anything anyone ever says or does seriously in this game, you're doing it wrong, and probably missing out on a few good laughs. |

The only experience Incarna as it¦s now will provide is that I will again experience "Walking in Nature". Maybe that¦s a good thing.
Bad for CCP though, as "Walking in Nature" is free and will keep me from paying for Incarna. ______________ Mal-¦Appears we got here just in a nick of time. What does that make us?¦ Zoe-`Big damn heroes, sir.` Mal-¦Aint we just.¦ |

I was hoping there were others that had the same gripe :)
Give us a graphics switch to turn off the silly 3D stuff that you told us for YEARS we wouldnt need or see in EVE. if it takes me longer to reload my ammunition cargo than it does for me to expend it on several DED plexes, then the game is no longer 'fun' and becomes 'tiresome'.
A simple switch/flag to turn off all 'interior' 3d graphics would be sweet and leave us 'old timers' with the standard 'spin the bottle' station enviro.
Thanks

Open the star map.. it's the only way I've found to avoid the huge requirements of Incarna so far. ____________________________________________
