-When you sit on the sofa you sometimes get a ghost image of yourself standing.
-Sometimes ship is not displayed in hangar
-Some ship icons are fubar for example Tempest is exploding in the icon...
-Sound is ****ed up, game sounds are bearly hearable and dont turn off with the environment. For example - fly to a asteroid belt you hear the rats sound, warp away, rat sound keeps on playing although no rats in the area, even when you dock you still have the rats sound effect (Guristas radio sound or whatever).
-When you undock you get some weird error message, clicking on OK lets you undock.
-autocannons sound weird dont shoot in sync (well not sure its a bug)
-Character looks totally weird under different light effects (well i need to show it in a screenshot will do so when i get home)
-It would be a good Idea to implement a run/fast walk feature to the character in CQ, as it is now my grandma walks faster than this...

-a suggestion: implement a right click feature when you are in the station so you can open cargo, open drone hold, leave ship etc. Like it was before there is no reason why this wouldnt be possible as the right mouse button is not used for anything when in station environment as far as i know...

If you hold in right and left mouse buttons, you will walk around controling your route with the mouse. Context menus is actually what I think they are tring to move away from.

When I first logged in the CQ lighting was flasing at a really high frequency. That cleared by moving out to the bay area and then going back in. I suspect that kind of lighting effect may trigger some people. Be careful.
Saw the ghost issue after sitting on the couch.

If your guns are grouped then I think this is meant to be. I grouped three 1000mm railguns and shot at a station with them, they did not shoot together but rather one after the other. I think this is because it's supposed to look cooler, and frankly, I think it does!
