As always I was mining and I dropped a can to mine as much as possible. Then el douche comes and does the can switch expecting me to take from it and get flagged. I went and got my enyo and attacked him. Excuse me for being a noob and not knowing the rules of pvp but now that im off my aggression he can not attack me anymore right?

You might want to consider kill rights, though i'm not sure if he would get any if you were can flagged.

You might want to consider kill rights, though i'm not sure if he would get any if you were can flagged.
People get kill rights when they don't shoot back after you agress, but not sure how they work in regards to theft.

Well It says I dont have any kill rights atm so I am assuming he doesn't either. Hopefully it doesnt cost my my hulk =(

Make sure you have no cans in space that he can use to maintain aggression, wait 15 minutes after docking then you will be safe. You will be informed if anyone has kill rights against you.

Wrong.
Killrights are given where a ship OR pod are destroyed with no retaliation. In this instance because he aggressed to the OP by stealing from his can there will be no killrights.
