Confirming several things.
It was in 6-CZ.
It was not on a station or a gate, but in fact in a combat arena.
I observed above complainer sitting in his pod doing nothing for no less than one minute, then proceeded to lock his pod and turned him into squishy, frozen goo. So, he was sitting there in a pod for a full minute, it took me forty seconds to lock him up, an additional five to ten seconds for me to switch my guns from my target to him and he still didn't budge.
So I locked him and shot him. Hope your clone was on the other side of the galaxy because you didn't hear that the devs don't babysit singularity anymore. Podding has been perfectly legal since I think...mid-February/early March, something like that and you still think one offense with no screenshot and the fact that I was obeying other rules is going to end with me banned?
