right after installing the 1.5 patch and then trying to login, I got the following;
User ??? is banned
Last Login: 2011.05.19 06:39
Number of visits: 14559
Reason: EULA/TOS violation - Macro use
Until: 2011.06.02
I have always and only used manual input for game play, so could someone please explain to me what I might have done to cause this ban?
A few days later the above message changed to;
Last login: 2011.05.26 00:34
Number of visits: 14561
I did submit a petition but no responce todate.

You wouldn't believe how many people we get in here whining about being banned for macro use and then denying they used one

No I was not hacked and no I don't use those Macros whatever they are.

He only states game play so hes probaly used chat spam macros or some other kind of unfar advantage macro

lol, I have never understood these kinds of posts.
Do the people who post these think that we can help them?
Maybe they are looking for someone to tell them, it's ok we believe you?
Maybe they feel that letting everyone know about their ban is a way of shedding guilt?
To me all they are doing is telling everyone what they did and really, we are all rolling our eyes going yup, another one caught. This is no different that crying about being ganked.
