I was just wondering if CCP would like to comment on this whole "EULA situation" I mean... CCP must know that pockets of space are being rented out ALL OVER EVE at insanely high ISK per month, 50, 70, 80B isk per month + sov fees [without moon rights mind you] values that could only be achieved with heavy Botting from their renters. Thus... making it impossible for other non-botting/non-RMT'ing alliances to compete in a "fair manner" The new FOTM is making your renters BOT so you can make ISK to supplement the loss of nerfed moon minerals. RMT and Botting are now so prolific in EVE online that I am wondering if a change to the EULA is in order? I mean, if you can't police it, enforce it or do anything about it... why bother having it? Hmmm??? Thank you Red Alliance for bringing this to our attention.

People seem to just randomly scream BOT and RMT about the russians without actually thinking through the processes involved with what they're accusing... So what exactly is it you're saying? Do they bot loads, then sell the isk made for RL cash, and then spend that cash on isk to buy their massive supercap fleet? Seems kindof backwards when you think about it doesn't it... Either way it doesn't make sense, if they pay tonnes of cash for isk, they wouldn't be botting, and if they're botting all the time and selling isk for cash, that doesn't really give them an advantage ingame does it.. (more of a disadvantage, eh NC ) The more likely solution is... Both NC and russians bot as hard as each other... NC builds supercaps and sells them for big profits, russians buy those supercaps with the botted isk, while the NC RMT's said isk (plus tech isk) for RL cash... That is why the russians have masses of supers. Thats why NC is outgunned, despite selling masses of supercaps, and sitting on hundreds of tech moons (each earns roughly 8.5bil a month after fuel) for months.

The two facts, taken together reveals that it is likely you have affiliations with NC, are quite possibly involved in RMT yourself, and are ****ed off that you can no longer continue as profitable an enterprise as you would like. Also, it has been asked what proof you have. And while I agree conventional wisdom says that the major alliances bot to no end, that isn't proof. I'm also sure that once proof could be obtained, then CCP would take action. But taking action without sufficient knowledge usually leads to more problems than solutions.
