You generally will only need to run 1, the second is there for the harder stuff but you should be speed tanking and dictating range, its got a 600+ omni tank so you should be fine

A little bit expensive but well worth it tanks 880 omni damage, has 430+ dps with scorch and can do all the things that you will need current tag is about 3 billion with the t2 rigs t1 rigs do drop the tank some so be careful. and yes I use this dont say it is a dream fit it solo's class 3 wormhole anoms and can do c4's if you do it right im not sure how much tank you need to do what you want with it but i hope this works. if your going for rats that dont do omni switch the hardeners to get better resists.
<edit> also cap stable at 49% if you have amazing cap skills |

Well 2x eanm + dcu > 4 active hardeners, but an an ishtar can push it's em/thr resists up high enough to tank some really nasty sahsna plexes which throw out more dps than bloods using much cheap fittings. Seems odd that people are suggesting billions when 1 nice rep and a few nice (specific hardeners) coupled with the ships native rep/resist bonus and rep/resist rigs would be better cost wise and possibly tank wise too.
You only need 1 rep but more importantly trying to run 2 in a ships which operates in bs neut range can be tricky - disastrous if the phone rings. Also, no injectors? If you don't know you're plexes injectors tend to be a must while learning.
