 NOTE: because I have been burned twice with false bidders, driving up price and pulling out there is a Deposit condition.
To be able to Bid, transfer 100mill deposit to this character once. after 100mill has been received you can bid as much as you like.
when sale ends, I approach the highest bidder, if they pull out, I keep the 100mil and go to next highest bidder until successful sale. at that point all lower bidders will have their deposit returned.
Im sorry to do this but if you are serious 1/25th of reserve is not much of a deposit. If i hadn't been burned so many time trying to sell characters I would not have this deposit system in place. If I don't give your isk back and you didn't pull out of the sale then its fair to ban this account.
