Ive been wondering... CCP has said that dust battles will be important to eve. Could they be thinking to re-do the Sov system so planets are important? That is you got to use the dusters to take and hold planets in order to have sov? And you can use dusters to interfere with sov of your enemies?

What would happen in a future where the dust bunnies are never hired as mercs, never welcomed into corps, and completely ignored with the exception of an occassional nuking to remove their lesser beings from prime (or sub-prime, who cares...) real-estate?
