I would be hapy to use my t2 Fregs in PVE.
Is there not a way to create missions like interception missions, stealth bombing, or probing missions?

I don't think there are any ship specific missions at all
only restrictions
so go take a jag and chew up some rat BSs
I suppose the biggest issue is most frigs cant tank the real missions, oh sure you can speedtank pretty well, but 2-5 lucky shots will put you down hard.
And in a room with 30+ ships the odds are not in your favor for happy success

It would be nice to see some class specific missions. Covert ops missions for instance might require you to gather intelligence while cloaked, at the same time you might need to follow a target while avoiding any obstacle that would decloak you.

There are T2 frig missions, most are in and around 0.0 space. Since you are Minimatar, might I suggest a little system called Sendya. Look for the beacon and space and speak to the agent. Start there, and you'll end up in Curse. Rewards are not too bad either. Can do the whole thing in a few days of causual play.

Most of the T2 frigs can take on lvl2s and 3s. And the SB is decent (so I've heard) for FW missions.
The Cov ops frig is for scanning sites, not for missions (which is still PvE).
The EAFs... I really can't see much of a use for them in PvE.

I think you're missing the point. He doesn't want to do missions in generic 2's and 3's but rather have missions tailored to the individual frigate classes themselves.

i used to regularly use AFs to run Serp level 4's. (favorite ship to use was the retribution) DPS was a little on the low end, and it took forever to kill a serp BS using scorch, but it CAN be done.
