Headerman Minmatar Quovis Shadow of xXDEATHXx	Posted - 2011.06.10 23:36:00 - [1] Hi all, As you know, the Hel looks awesome. Also, you may know it is one of the least flown ships in the game. I for one believe it is not just the unusual bonus given to the Hel that makes it unviable, but also the implants available to be used in it. First and most obvious one? Crystal set. This doesn't work on capitals at all, so useless on the Hel. As there is no slave set equivelent for shields, what does that leave? Snake set? lol. LG Nomad set? It's not the nano wars again. The only implants useful for the Hel from slots one to 5 is the Jackal set to help prevent Jamming. What about slot 6? Besides the faction Omega implant, there is one very important implant for the Hel: The cap recharge bonus Squire CR2-10. Slot 7? About the only useful implant here is the Zainu Gnome KVA500-3000 series for up to 6% extra shields Slot 8? The CC10 provides up to 6% extra cap amount. Or, there is the Gnome KXA 3000, providing 6% less cap requirement for shield emission mods. Slot 9? Nothing much useful there, unless you want a better shield recharge by up to 6%. Slot 10? Nothing relevent. All in all, some not very useful implants. And there are more than some designed for the same slot What would be great? A cap recharge set to use in conjunction with the Hels shield RR bonus.

Atius Tirawa Minmatar Sebiestor Tribe	Posted - 2011.06.12 23:35:00 - [20] Aside fom not knowing anything about moms. . . th problem is not only implants, but the role a mom is supposed to play - the current hel needs either a boost to its logistics (as does the niddy) which could make it imba (7.5% rep amount & 5% reduction to cap use per level) or change its bonus all-together (something to do with FB tracking) - which would be a shame, but very possible. Thats before we get to slot layout and so on. . . and implants come at the tail end of that. -----------
