So just got home after a whole day of beeing at my nieces Graduation.
Aaand well i saw a new ad on the login screen, here's the thing, I opend up ze options screen before i could click on it/read it properly, just saw "plex prizes through the roof"
Anyone got a screenshot/linky handy? :)
+1 internets to anyone who can supply it :)

Will reload a different client and see if it links somewhere. Probably does.
It turns out it just links to the eve wiki, which in turn is basically a step by step guide on how to, and why you should, give CCP more money by buying plex. Linkage

There's no bubble - yet
But - Incarna brings in lots of shiny stuff to buy, which you can't buy with ISK - you need Aurum (which as far as I can figure are best thought of as pence if PLEX are pounds)
Thus - on 21/6/11 everyone will want some aurum. Oh, we'll need to buy a plex or two ... demand increases; price increases. On plus side stuff bought with aurum can be resold for ISK ...
So stockpile some plex now whilst they're cheap?
