Yes, this is yet another EVE production calculator. I made it for myself because I couldn't find one that would give me what I want, but I've made it a bit more snazzy, and here it is for anybody else that might find it useful. The features are:
- For T2/T3/capitals, all components/submaterials are in one table with expandable/collapseable sections
- Shows the build cost against the buy cost
- The Mixer calculates whether you should build or buy components
- ME can be edited for the main item or components
- Production efficiency skill is selectable
- Prices are from Eve Central, but can be overriden
- Shows aggregated materials, again useful for T2 and capitals
- Works in the IGB
- No API needed
- Supports all items in EVE that have a blueprint
This is the first public release, there may be bugs! Consider this to be beta.

Thank you Wind Jammer, Very informative and easy to use. small donation sent.
It is so useful that I'd pay minimal fee every month to use.

Great stuff.
Would love to be able to set the ML and PL of the blueprint as well as the amount of units I plan to build but it's good none the less.

I've been playing around, I tested the Archon and it seems like the Total Materials table display incorrect values and never gets any update.
So far I can only edit each component's ME individually, It would be nice if there will be some "Set all" in case most of my blueprints have the same ME value.

Looks like a good calculator :) only issue I see with it is inability to set ME levels, but this works great :D

I've fixed the bug you found in the Total Materials table. Numbers are now correct. I'll have a think about how best to do a "set all" feature in the next version, which shouldn't be far off.

The ME is actually adjustable - just click on the ME number you want to change and a textbox will appear.
The interface is a bit rubbish in this respect at the moment because the ME values look read-only. Top of the list of things to improve this. The quantity in the first row is also editable in the same way.

Wind Jammer very nice tool.
It has a bit of work to go but I really like it.
Some suggestions that would make me use it for my production: -Allow us to build a order of several items, so many different blueprints (My spreadsheets consist of 20+ blueprints that I build from)
-allow us to save our ME for our blueprints.
-when building cap ships like a chimera you need to adjust 9+ ME levels and it takes forever waiting for the site to update each one before you can change another. Perhaps a way to update all ME prices then click done (though I like the dynamic auto update it currently does.. it's just frustrating when you have 9 blueprints to update.
-Lastly allow us to see how many m3 our total supplies are so we know how many freighter trips it is!
It's a great tool. I applaud your effort!

Edited by: clixor on 13/06/2011 11:05:54 super!
suggestions: 1. for t2 components, use default ME of 10, which is likely people will use.
2. show min prices in the 'total materials' below in the screen. This way we can see if any weird pricing has slipped in. Eve-central sometimes does this.
edit. i see 2. is already viewable on the override min prices, but perhaps also in the total mats overview?

Very cool app, one thing i noticed is i can override the price on the materials, but not on the item i am trying to create. Is this a known bug?

This is really handy. The interface would benefit from some polishing. I would love to see the mineral prices directly modifiable the same way that the ME total is modifiable. Additionally, making those two types of cells noticeably intractable would be welcomed.
Also, could you get a way to show the population list of blueprints available?
Don't take this the wrong way, I like what is there. I just also see some room for improvement. Keep up the good work!

Hello fellow manufacturers. Today I've deployed a new version. It's really an interim release, but it improves something that everyone comments about. That is, ME editing has been improved hugely
- We now have a spreadsheet-like interface, so just type and use the cursors, TAB key, or mouse to move to the next cell. You can enter ME values as fast as you can type, no longer being interrupted while the page is updated. When you're happy with all the ME values, just press ENTER. The page itself is still slinky smooth and refreshes without reloading.
- Your ME values are now saved for you by default. If you want to play around without saving the values, just untick the checkbox. They're saved in a cookie in your browser, so no need for signins oretc.
- IE8. Good grief, I've bent over backwards to get everything to work and look the same in IE8. However it still doesn't feel quite as smooth as Firefox. The IGB works beautifully of course.
- Material prices. Should be seeing daily updates now.
Watch this space, there is more cool stuff coming soon
As ever, please post any comments here or evemail me ingame.
