As stated in title
Looking at 55mil SP+
Ideally looking for +sec status
Minimal wasted skills
Focused towards missions/PVP etc.
Not really any preference in race
25b budget

Hybok can do WHATEVER you want him to do ...
last time when i tried to sell him he had 64m SP , now he has ~68.5m
since then :
- i trained t2 large projectiles , he only needs to plug in arty / ac spec
- he can jump in all amarr / caldari / gallente command ships if you buy the command ship skillbook
- trained logi lvl 4
- trained some other support skills ...
- the lg crystal set is still there , with some tengu dps implants .
evemail me now if you`re interested to talk about it ... he is nightmare / tengu master , he can fly them perfectly
he dropped roles so he can exit his current corp at any time if we agree on price !

only 42 mill SP, but he has perfect amarr and up to cruiser V with maxed missile support/heavy missiles for tengu carebearing. being that the tengu is one of the top care bearing pilot, and amarr being one of the two top PvP (other being minmatar) it should fit your needs quite well. his price is 11 billion for buyout, but he is very well skilled to be a bonus boat too (CS V)

Excellent PvP Toon for sale >81mil SP.
Can also run Caldari missions all day if that's what you're in to.
