How were you scammed out of what ? You and I never agreed upon anything, and you didnt and never sent me any isk!. So unless you got scammed by someone else , then your arguement is not with me!. but feel free to petition anyways as ccp and the gm's and whomever else can take a look at my account and see that your ******ed. Sorry for being harsh.
Btw , You were outbid and I accepted there b/o offer and the transaction went great.
