If you are reading this, chances are you are either leaving a corp or returning to the game and looking for a new one. SLAPD is small gang/solo pvp influenced corp with several ex FW-members, mercenaries, pirates and more. We specialize in killing everything we can get our hands on, stopping only when they great tide of the blob forces us back. Keeping an impressively small list of blues, we are in the game for PVP. Have you ever listened in on comms and felt like a complete useless peon in some 50+ fleet? Have you ever tried to solo PVP, ended up in a pod and not had anyone to share the anguish of being perma jammed by 3 falcons with? Have you ever tried to get your corp to go out in a small group to kill whatever it is you saw doing something dumb but just couldn't take it by yourself, only to have them snore at your request? All these things and more won't happen in SLAPD. Formed by a small group of ex-QCATS, the orginal membership still remains, and has picked up some more of the same blood. In May SLAPD left it's militia roots to strike it out on their own. We have been enjoying ourselves immensely since then and have been learning fast. We figured it's time to bring some other people in on the fun, and that's why you are reading this today. The corp is laid back, full of knowledge, has several FC's, an active directorship, room for growth, and friendship with a great industrial corp that gives us cheap ships, and great logistics. If you are looking for a place to call home for a long time to come, SLAPD is it for you. If you want small gang PVP with plenty of chances to make some isk, get advice and in general have a good time, apply today. Things we are looking for! -Must have a mic and be wiling to speak up on vent, you don't have to take over the channel, just don't be a non presence -10 Mil SP minimum is preferred, but exceptions may be made -Willing to adapt fits to the corp standard or gang cohesion -Self Sufficient with ISK (we do alot to help each other out and have plenty of advice and tools to help you with this) -Willing to learn and ask questions when you don't know about something, and able to LISTEN -Must be able to handle all sorts of humor, and have somewhat thick skin, we aren't outright mean to anyone, but we love to have fun and joke around on vent. -Willing to stick with the corp and log on somewhat regularly, log on vent and get in fleets, inactive members are kicked members -Must be willing to enter null sec and go flashy! We live in low sec! Raid null daily! Things we provide -Several FC's that all have their styles and will bring you out for god knows what sort of adventures -Logistics for ships, modules, ammo and all your PVP'ing needs -Cheap hulls from our industrial alliance friends -Plenty of targets to go after in our region and our roams -Amazing camaraderie and humor that has kept the corp whole and running for more than a year now -Experienced pilots that will help you figure out anything, and that can be counted on for some solid small gang PVP action -A place to call your corp for as long as you play EVE!
