The mouse camera and scroll wheel are the exact opposite of what I use in all other games. I did a search on the forums and was amazed to find that there is no option to change it in game. So is there any mods or anything I can download that will invert the mouse and scroll wheel? It is really annoying.

Modifying the game client in any way not supported will get you banned

You can invert your mouse and wheel in windows/mouse settings. Just make the change there when you start up EVE.

Please elaborate. I can find no such options.

I have no idea without knowing your mouse. If you use a cheap plug and play I don't seen an option in the default mouse settings for my windows XP, but vista/7 might have them in the control pannel. Any good mouse with software should have a whole range of options and customization like this.
I googled around and found a link to this: http://www.maf-soft.de/mafmouse/
C-Net.com has verified his other freeware thingie http://www.cnet.com/1770-5_1-0.html?query=mafsoft&tag=srch So it's probably legit...
Probably. :/

Edited by: Oregin on 19/06/2011 01:22:54 Nothing in EVE to support this.
Changing it for your pc is possible with other programs. Other options:
1. Hold your mouse the other way up. Pros - Easily reversable. Cons - Mouse movement is inverted and buttons are under your palm.
2. Rotate mechanism by manually taking mouse apart and rotating wheel 180 degrees. Pros - Work's like a charm, no additional software and no fiddly mouse-holding. Cons - Quite a difficult job unless you know what you're doing. Not always possible. Mouse wheel inverted for other other applications. (Unexpected Pro - all other applications now remind you of EVE )
3. Fix another wheel on top of the scroll wheel. When you turn this wheel, it turns the scroll wheel the other way. Pros - If you make it detachable then your 'rigged' mouse can be unrigged. In a strange twist of fate, rigs, in this instance, are not destroyed. Cons - It's bulky, can cause finger strain. It's quite fiddly/expensive to design and build a purpose built system of this kind...

I misunderstood I thought CCP had added the option.
And I have a "cheap" two button mouse that I can change in windows.
