Edited by: Etchellas on 18/06/2011 18:36:01 I'm in Germany on a 16Mbps connection with t-com (german telekom) and the stream even cuts out on "low".
Anyone else got the same problems (perhaps with same provider)?
And yes, nothing else blocks the pipe.
Edit: Perhaps oversaturated peering with that ISP?

Unwatchable, every time the matches start, the used bandwidth plummets and stream halts. User spike on match start? I hope that tomorrow will be better...

Relatively low connection here, HQ is running smooth. I had the same issue last year. was able to run it smooth and then suddenly it all lagged up, no clue why.

Ok really seems to be a problem on my side (ISP peering? every other service streams fine), if the rest of europe an the usa have no probs. Oh well I guess I'll have to wait for the youtube encodes.

Oddly enough, i am getting a better stream on the 'high' setting, than i was on the 'medium'. The medium one was skipping quite a bit, but the high one is working better

Also in Germany, 16mbit with Arcor/Vodafone, high quality stream running with no problems whatsoever. So yes, T-kom sucks once more.
