Given a stealth bomber's offensive potential and high degree of survivability in nullsec enviroments compared to other ships, they make a tempting choice when it comes to earning income in the places where ratting is the best - npc nullsec, where all the systems have -1 truesec for purposes of belt rats.
However, i've never flown a ship like this before, nor ever fired torpedoes, despite being somewhat trained for them. Which race of ship do you think would be better for this job? What relevant skills should be trained to level 5 to maximize income potential? Is ratting in a bomber enough to sustain a player in npc null? Does ratting in a bomber leave enough room for occasionally eliminating some competition from the belts?(random pvp, the best pvp).

depends where u want to npc. for angels use a hound for example.

Purifier is best for Sansha, Blood Raiders and Rogue Drones.
Hound is best for Angels.
Manticore is best for Guristas and Serpentis.
Nemesis is best for Serpentis and decent against Sansha and Blood Raiders.
I would recommend not doing Rogue Drones (for obvious reasons) and Guristas (cause jamming is a pain in the ass).
So take your pick.

Not sure who told you SB's have high survivability, they lied to you mate.SB's die FAST once gotten hold of. They are tremendous fun but you have got to ALWAYS be careful hehe.
Ratting in an SB is messy to say the least. It can be done but its far form optimal. I would go for a recon if you just wanna rat.
Little trick that may or may not work too, is a Lock-breaker... You can generally only carry 3 bombs in an SB, so its up to you if you wanna forgo the dps for a Lock-breaker or not. But with 150k range if used intelligently, they may help.

Can someone give some estimates regarding the isk/hour an SB setup can dish out?
I was considering a small vacation in Stain, so from that point of view the Purifier seems to be the best bet. And when I said survivability, I was mostly referring to travelling. The tank is paper thin on these toys.

I am personally going to be using something along these lines when I rat in null sec with my SB.

It needs a 3% CPU implant to run everything however it does 620 DPS without heat and goes 858m/s(More than enough to beat the tracking of laser using rats).
