Hello.
Just curious about possibly joining Amarr/Minmatar faction war. Curious to see what the participants have to say about what the day in day out of the warfront looks like. I took a look at the KB and it looks like Amarr has been getting the upper hand the last few weeks efficiency wise.
What do the people who are in the grind have to say?
Thanks in advance.

Instead I will make a drawing:

See, that's you, on a bridge... that dude under a bridge, that's a troll. He's gonna eat you. Om nom nom.

its fun :)
If possible try and join one of the FW player corps, as milita npc corp members are normally considered spiiiiiiis!
As to the a/m fw - its good, both sides have competent FC's and most days see reasonably interesting small to medium gang fights (3-15ish), larger fleet battles crop up fairly often. 1 to 1 is also quite common, there are a fairly large number of priates in the area, in acctual fact your more likely to run into a flashy red pirate gate camp than one from the opposing milita.
As far as day to day fights go, expect two or more roaming fleets of both sides cycling round the FW area - eventually they'll catch up with one another and pew will ensue. Failing that they'll run into the previously mentioned pirate gate camp where pew also ensues ;)
There are a few pilots, on both sides, that play station games - but on the whole most are straight forward pvpers.
Carriers are present but generally don't comeout to play too often (for a given value of to often ;) ).
Fly small cheap things and have a blast - also FW missions and tags from FW sites should keep you in ISK and ships for the duration especially if you have a wingman or two, and acctually do give you some good 1 v 1 or small gang pvp.
