So looking into how to kill macro miners, I find the basis for the bot is injecting pythons into EVE. I am smart enough to suspect "pythons" are not really snakes, but more like Agent Smith from the matrix.
If CCP could create their own Python champion like Tron he could defend CCP and kill off the onslaught of injected pythons.
If I ever had a python which I don't I play legitimately. I would name him Monty. LOL
Any way preventing python injection seems like the easier method of fighting bots. Is there any legitimate use for injections of pythons?

I approve of the creation of CCP's own Tron/Agent Smith Snake program, but only if the interface they use to control it is the game SNAKE.

I own 2 pythons. A 16 foot Burmese named Athena, and a 13 foot albino Burmese named Vincent.

The problem is they actually are real pythons, so CCP can't do anything about the bots without committing criminal acts of animal cruelty.

This begs the question, why haven't the original farmer businesses expanded into hunting farmers? They could've easily taken down any accounts of their own that seemed too compromised, and losing only stuff for show, while selling their own covering of asses to the company they're bleeding in the first place.
Everyone would be happy, since bots would die (seemingly as it were), company wouldn't have to care and spend resources, and the farmers would double income.

I had a 3 metre python come into my garden last year. I think it was after the chickens or the possums. I carried it back to the reserve but not before it crapped all over my arms.

I like how you think. The U.S. will be looking for a new Secretary of the Treasury in the near future...you got my endorsement.

There is not much you can do against injection of python bytecode. I mean how would you prevent process memory of the python interpreter to be written?
I did some research in code injection attack against scripting languages in the past. It is extremely easy to inject code to any scripting language.
Multiple attack vectors are possible. The only one that works with eve, is modifying the bytecode in ram. But that one is really easy to perform. OpenProcess, ReadProcessMemory, WriteProcessMemory and there you go.
you cannot prevent your process from being opened, except if your process runs in kernel mode, or you hook the OpenProcess syscall.
Running eve in kernelmode would just cause a lot of players to remove it from the harddrive, as this is a quite invasive change to the operating system. Also it would break compatibility with linux, mac, ect. Hooking the openprocess syscall.... requires a driver to be loaded that most likely will be recognized by virus scanners all around the world (it behaves like a root-kit).
in linux injecting is even easier.
/proc/`pgrep exefile.exe`/mem .... read and write it as you wish.

remove static belts, make belts scanable, so macroes have to scan them daily - I doubt there will be macro what cen deal with it soon, job done. And on other hand mining will become to be profitable again, not like now, when real player really wasting his time on that, unless You mining ABC ores. Its not deep in history when ABC ores atleast worth something, the price dropped like 2 times when these mining upgrades in sov space came in to this game

Who's to say CCP doesn't own/profit from RMT directly? I mean look at the evidence in hand. This MT stuff is just a way to shift the RMT from the black market.
