Also it seems that static mapper say that this wormhole only contains a Highsec Static.

If you can add light to all of these I may be interested.
lookin at that system u linked active to heck up to 20 jumps in a space of as hour :S in the last 24 yup thats active seeing how long its been down

Static mapper is only accurate about 70 percent of the time. I know of at least 4 wormholes that I have either lived in, or alliance mates of lived in that had more static exits than what static mapper said. You need to take that site with a grain of salt and do some of your own scanning.
As for occupancy of the system itself, eve-kill shows a varied kill history by both victim and killer corp/alliance. It IS possible that the wormhole is uninhabited, or it could be friend corps/alliances living there. It is too hard to tell by the killboard itself.
It is possible that this is legit, however I would like to point out that c2 static high sec/static c3 are all over the place, and almost every single one of them are inhabited or scouted. Tread with care.

To answer some of your questions:
There are two pos here, both are off lined with no mods.
The reason for the high jumps, and kills is becuase of me and my corp- forcibly removing the corp that was here so i could sell it to you good people.
Lastly- here is a link proving that it is indeed a HS and C3 static:
