I'm looking to sqeeze a few more DPS out of my aging raven navy issue. Currently I'm doing 775 missile DPS with a 138m explosion radius using caldari navy launchers and ammo and 3 T1 rigor rigs.
I would like to move to using either:
a. T2 launchers with T2 fury ammo, and 3x T1 rigor rigs plus a 3% eplosions radius implant, giving me 820dps with a 245m explosions radius, and possibly using a target painter. Or...
b. CN launchers with caldari faction ammo a T2 bay loading accelerator and the same 3% implant, giving me 825dps with a 218m explosion radius. and hopefully no target painter.
My question is, are either of these setups going to be hitting most mission BSs for full damage without the use of a target painter. My concern is that I tried out a T2 launcher and ammo setup some time ago before my missile skills were maxed, and with around a 280m explosion radius I was not hitting many BSs for full damage.
A few things about my mission running that are relevant. I 2 box with a Mach or Vargur so I'm never shooting BCs or cruisers with the CNR. And I'm not interested in using a Golem for most missions although there are a few I use it for, I just don't like having to babysit 3 target painters and count rounds while 2 boxing.
Also if there are any other higher DPS CNR setups than I'm currently using that you think might work for me please feel free to share.

I used 1 x t2 rigor, 2 x t1 rigor + target painter with t2 fury ammo. Worked great. I have maxed missile skills (including cruise spec 5) along with target painting skills so that might have something to do with it.
