I get strange red flashes and blocks of red tint artifacts. It usually is generated from a single point in the distance and spreads out from that point.
It only happens in EVE. I can bench no problem and run many other Dx11 games without issue.
IF i disable one of my two HD5850s, it is still there, so Crossfire is not the cause.
Any selections of different, lower, graphic settings has no effect.
I have emailed AMD to see if they have a solution, I can't believe for a moment that either CCP or AMD would allow such issues to remain without a solution, this idea that "CCP is Nvis so all AMD user are screwed" doesn't hold water.
Any useful solutions?

If this is related to an issue I think it is then it is because you have a Radeon video chip. I sometimes get issues on both my 4890 and 5650M, but I workaround them by disabling HDR and Bloom leaving just AA on. It appears to be an issue to how Radeon cards handle AA with effects such as Bloom and HDR, I have seen it reported in other games.

I'm guessing your running VECC/CCC on your system. Try changing the settings for AA, AF, etc and see if that fixes your problem. Only change one setting at a time and see what the result is. I've had weird graphic glitches occur in other games that have fixed this way.

Its part of CCP's plan to disable ATI graphics and get everyone using nVidia....

A driver update fixed that for me. Not sure if it's the same issue. For example, I always saw red artifacts when I tried to use a target painter on one of the new scorpion models.

Flashing?
From time to time I¦m getting periodic white flashes on the whole screen. They disappear when finding another viewpoint without the sun in it.
Friend with newest drivers and GForce card gets that too. I have ATI, next to last standard drivers(without hotfixes).
