welcome to MMO's you must be new to them
has any expansion from any game company EVER met an installation deadline? Even wow with incredible amounts of revenue cannot make a big patch or expansion without delays, bugs and patch fixes.
the only thing your post shows is that you are a spoiled baby with no idea what is going on.

I am in EU TZ with 2 kids, wife, job, limited playtime etc and i ain't spoogeing my emorage all over teh internetz and abusing americans because, hey, sometimes a single shard game supercomputer throws a tantrum on patch day. FFS get a grip man.
